Villkor för uthyrning av husbilar och campingbilar
Europcars tilläggsavtal
Tilläggsavtal för hyra av Husbil
Villkoren i detta tilläggsavtal gäller tillsammans med Europcars hyresavtal jämte Allmänna Hyresvillkor, varvid bestämmelserna i detta tilläggsavtal skall ha företräde.
1. Priser och betalning:
Efter utförd reservation av Husbil erhålls en bokningsbekräftelse innehållande en säker betallänk. Via denna länk erlägger hyrestagaren betalning med kreditkort på ett belopp motsvarande det förväntade hyresbeloppet. Betalning skall erläggas inom 24 timmar från bokningstillfället och utgör då beställares konfirmering av gjord bokning. Om betalning uteblir anses bokningen vara ofullständig och därmed inte längre gällande. När betalningen är genomförd är bokningen till fullo bekräftad.
Vid avhämtning/leverans av fordonet tas en deposition uppgående till 3000 kr som skall erläggas med ett av Europcar godkänt kreditkort. Beloppet reserveras via kortutgivande företag och återgår i sin helhet vid avslutande av hyran under förutsättning att inga ytterligare kostnader uppkommit. Se punkterna 2 och 4 i detta avtal.
2. Försäkring/Självrisk:
Fordonet är helförsäkrat i enlighet med de villkor som återfinns i de Allmänna Hyresvillkoren, vid eventuell skada eller stöld tillkommer en kostnad som motsvarar kostnaden för reparation och stillestånd dock ej överstigande gällande sjävrisk uppgående till 10 750 kr per skadetillfälle. Tecknade försäkringar friskriver inte HT från ansvar för reparationskostnader för skador som uppstått genom vårdslöshet, t ex slarvigt lastad bil, fläckad eller trasig inredning, sönderbrutna reglage, feltankning och liknande. Försäkring gäller inte heller för saknad utrustning såsom insynsskydd mm.
3. Avbokning:
Avbokning kan ske senast 40 dagar före första hyresdagen mot en kostnad av 750 kr per bokad vecka.
Avbokning 39-15 dagar före första hyresdagen krediteras 50% av det debiterade förväntade hyresbeloppet.
Avbokning 14-0 dagar före första hyresdagen återbetalas 0% av det debiterade förväntade hyresbeloppet.
Undantaget är om annan hyrestagare kan överta bokningen i sin helhet vilket gäller för alla ovan villkor i denna paragraf.
Villkor vid tillägg avbokningsskydd:
Vid köp av avbokningsskydd kan bokad och betald hyra avbokas senast 72 timmar före överenskommen leveranstid, oavsett orsak.
4. Tillkommande kostnader:
Kostnader för förbrukningsvaror som uppkommer under hyresperioden, exempelvis glödlampor, motorolja, AdBlue, spolarvätska, bränsle och torkarblad.
Eventuella skadekostnader debiteras i enlighet med punkt 2 (försäkring/Självrisk) och/eller de Allmänna Hyresvillkoren. Eventuella avgifter för städ och rengöring av fordon eller ersättning för förkommen utrustning, se punkt 10 i detta avtal.
5. Fordonets Bränsle:
Diesel eller miljövänliga alternativet HVO100 - Fordonet återlämnas av hyrestagaren med full tank. Oljenivå ska kontrolleras vid varje tankning. Återlämnas fordonet ej fulltankat tankas fordonet i första hand upp med det miljövänliga alternativet HVO100. Kostnaden är aktuellt pris enligt SPBI´s genomsnittliga försäljningspris + 30%.
6. Körkort:
Det är tillåtet att köra fordonet med B-körkort.
7. Utlämning/Leverans
Fordonet avsynas gemensamt av Hyrestagare och närvarande representant från Europcar för att dokumentera fordonets skick vid uthyrningstillfället. Eventuella skador på fordonet skall finnas noterade på ordinarie hyresavtal.
Europcar bistår med manualer och instruktioner för hur fordonets utrustning handhas.
Instruktionsböcker innehållande bilarnas tekniska specifikationer samt handhavande av bodelens apparatur finns att tillgå. Instruktionsböckerna är på svenska, engelska och tyska.
Fordonet levereras fulltankad och utrustad med 1 flaska gasol motsvarande 11kg (1st P11). Medföljande gasol (1st 11kg) är inräknad i hyreskostnaden. Grundläggande köksutrustning och säkerhetspaket ingår och skall återlämnas i enlighet med medföljande inventarielista.
8. Under hyrestiden:
Fordonet får användas för normalt brukande inom Sverige av hyrestagaren (HT). Önskar HT använda fordonet utanför Sverige tillkommer en avgift och kan endast ske efter UHs skriftliga godkännande. HT är medveten om att HTs rätt att disponera fordonet enligt hyresavtalet omedelbart upphör om HT utan UHs skriftliga tillstånd försöker föra bilen ut ur Sverige. Detta innebär att Polis/Tull eller annan som handlar i UHs intresse har rätt att omhänderta och kvarhålla fordonet. HT är ansvarig för samtliga kostnader som UH kan drabbas av om HT eller dennes ställföreträdare olovligen fört fordonet utanför Sverige eller till länder som UH inte skriftligen godkänt.
Vid driftstopp under hyrestiden kan UH ej garantera att likvärdig bil finns tillgänglig som ersättningsbil.
9. Körsträcka:
Vid hyresperiod uppgående till 1 vecka ingår 300 km/dygn, vid överstigande körsträcka tillkommer en kostnad på 4,00 SEK inkl. moms/km. Vid 2 veckors hyra eller längre ingår fri körsträcka.
10. Återlämning/Hämtning:
Vid hyresperiodens utgång skall hyrestagaren återlämna fordonet till uthyraren i enlighet med vad som överenskommits vid bokning eller i samband med utlämningen av fordonet. Fordonet avsynas gemensamt av Hyrestagare och närvarande representant från Europcar för att dokumentera eventuella avvikelser avseende bilens skick jämfört med utlämningstillfället. Eventuella skador på fordonet ska dokumenteras och skadeanmälas i enlighet med de Allmänna Hyresvillkoren.
Hyrestagaren ansvarar för skador som uppstått under hyrestiden och för eventuella kostnader för invändig rengöring. Om hyrestagaren inte deltar i besiktning vid återlämnandet av fordonet, skall hyrestagaren anses ha godkänt uthyrarens uppgifter om fordonets skick.
10.1 Fordonet ska återlämnas med:
– Full tank med bränsle
– Invändigt tömd på hyrestagarens föremål
– Urplockad och rengjord kyl
– Utvändigt tvättad och invändigt städad till samma skick som vid utlämning enligt punkterna i checklistan. Tvätt- och städservice kan köpas som ett tillägg.
- I förekommande fall tömd toalett-tank
– Komplett utrustning i enlighet med i fordonet bifogad inventarielista
10.2 Avgifter vid avvikelser relaterat till återlämning:
– Ej tömd toalett-tank i förekommande fall: 2 000 kr
– Invändigt onormalt smutsigt fordon: 2 000 kr
– Avsaknad av ingående utrustning: 1 000 kr + anskaffningskostnad
– Återlämning efter utsatt tid: 1 000 kr per påbörjad timme
11. Ersättning vid i förtid återlämnande av fordon
Hyrestagaren har rätt att lämna tillbaka fordonet före hyrestidens slut. Se § 10. Återlämning/Hämtning. Erlagd hyreskostnad återbetalas ej.
Supplementary agreement for renting a Camper van
The conditions in this supplementary agreement apply together with Europcar's rental agreement together with the General Terms and Conditions, whereby the provisions in this supplementary agreement shall take precedence. All costs mentioned in this document includes VAT.
1. Prices and payment:
After making a reservation for a Camper van, you will receive a booking confirmation containing a secure payment link. Via this link, the lessee makes payment by credit card in an amount corresponding to the expected rental amount. Payment must be made within 24 hours from the time of booking and then constitutes the client's confirmation of the booking made. If payment is not made, the booking is considered incomplete and thus no longer valid. When the payment is completed, the booking is fully confirmed.
On collection/delivery of the vehicle, a deposit of SEK 3,000 is taken, which must be paid with a credit card approved by Europcar. The amount is reserved via the card-issuing company and is returned in full at the end of the rental, provided that no additional costs have been incurred. See clauses 2 and 4 of this agreement.
2. Insurance deductible:
The vehicle is fully insured in accordance with the conditions found in the General Terms and Conditions, in the event of any damage or theft, a cost corresponding to the cost of repair and downtime will be added, however not exceeding applicable excess risk amounting to SEK 10 750 per incident of damage. The insurance does not release the lessee from responsibility for repair costs for damage caused by negligence, e.g. carelessly loaded car, stained or broken interior, broken controls, use of wrong fuel, etc. Insurance also does not apply to missing equipment such as privacy protection etc.
3. Cancellation:
Cancellation can take place no later than 40 days before the first rental day at a cost of SEK 750 per booked week.
Cancellation 39-15 days before the first rental day, 50% of the debited expected rental amount is credited.
Cancellation 14-0 days before the first rental day, 0% of the debited expected rental amount is refunded. The exception is if another lessee can take over the reservation in its entirety, which applies to all the above conditions in this paragraph.
Conditions for additional cancellation protection:
When purchasing cancellation protection, booked and paid rent can be canceled no later than 72 hours before the agreed delivery time, regardless of the reason.
4. Additional costs:
Costs for consumables incurred during the rental period, for example light bulbs, engine oil, AdBlue, washer fluid, fuel and wiper blades.
Any damage costs are charged in accordance with point 2 (insurance/deductible) and/or the General Terms and Conditions. Any fees for cleaning and cleaning of vehicles or compensation for damaged equipment, see clause 10 of this agreement.
5. Vehicle Fuel:
Diesel or the environmentally friendly option HVO100 - The vehicle is returned by the lessee with a full tank. The oil level must be checked at each refueling. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, the vehicle is primarily refueled with the environmentally friendly alternative HVO100. The cost is the current price according to SPBI's average selling price + 30%.
6. Driving license:
It is permitted to drive the vehicle with a valid standard personell car driving license.
7. Release/Delivery
The vehicle is inspected jointly by the lessee and the present representative from Europcar to document the condition of the vehicle at the time of rental. Any damage to the vehicle must be noted on the regular rental agreement.
Europcar assists with manuals and instructions for how the vehicle's equipment is handled.
Instruction books containing the cars' technical specifications and handling of the living area's equipment are available. The instruction manuals are in Swedish, English and German.
The vehicle is delivered fully fueled and equipped with 1 bottle of LPG equivalent to 11kg (1pc P11). Included LPG (1pc 11kg) is included in the rental cost. Basic kitchen equipment and safety kit are included and must be returned in accordance with the accompanying inventory list.
8. During the rental period:
The vehicle may be used for normal use within Sweden by the lessee. If the lessee wishes to use the vehicle outside of Sweden, a fee is added and can only be done with lessors written approval. The lessee is aware that his or hers right to dispose of the vehicle according to the rental agreement immediately ceases if the lessee tries to take the car out of Sweden without the lessors written permission. This means that Police/Customs or others who act in the lessor’s interest have the right to dispose of and detain the vehicle. The lessee is responsible for all costs that the lessor may suffer if the lessee or its deputy illegally took the vehicle outside of Sweden or to countries that the lessor has not approved.
In the event of downtime during the rental period, the lessor cannot guarantee that an equivalent car is available as a replacement car.
9. Mileage:
For a rental period of up to 1 week, 300 km/day is included, if the mileage is exceeded, a cost of SEK 4.00 /km will be charged at the end of the rental. When renting for 2 weeks or longer, free mileage is included.
10. Return/Collection:
At the end of the rental period, the lessee must return the vehicle to the lessor in accordance with what was agreed upon when booking or in connection with the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle is inspected jointly by the Lessee and the present representative from Europcar to document any deviations regarding the condition of the car compared to the time of delivery. Any damage to the vehicle must be documented and reported in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
The lessee is responsible for damages incurred during the rental period and for any costs for internal cleaning. If the lessee does not participate in the inspection when returning the vehicle, the lessee shall be deemed to have approved the lessor's information about the condition of the vehicle.
10.1 The vehicle must be returned with:
– Full tank with fuel and water
– Internally emptied of the lessee’s items
– Empty and cleaned fridge
– Externally washed and internally cleaned to the same condition as on delivery according to the items in the checklist. Washing and cleaning services can be purchased as an add-on.
- Empty toilet tank, if applicable
– Complete equipment in accordance with the inventory list attached to the vehicle
10.2 Fees in case of deviations related to return:
– Unemptied toilet tank, if applicable: SEK 2,000
– Interior abnormally dirty vehicle: SEK 2,000
- Lack of included equipment: SEK 1,000 + acquisition cost
- Return after the set time: SEK 1,000 per hour started
11. Compensation in case of early return of vehicle
The lessee has the right to return the vehicle before the end of the rental period. See § 10. Return/Collection. Rental costs charged will not be refunded.
